Cutting Cookie Shapes

Today we learned about number 8 and 9.  It is hard to find info on numbers.  For the number 8, we learned about octopus because they have 8 arms.  They change colors according to thier feelings.  We had fun guessing what the diffrent colors meant.  We also did a cute little octopus windsock.

We had a worksheet for the number 9.  And Emily had fun coming up with our snack.  We made sugar cookies and cut them into shapes.  We were all so excited that it was such a beautiful week and so we could have recess outside.  The kids loved showing me tricks on the trampoline--we have some real daredevils!
